No. The engine that finds your hidden clients is an algorithm: the tells of wealth as people who spent years in luxury retail recognise them, written down, weighted, and checked against public records and open data. That knowledge is the kind you cannot prompt for. AI is built for mass; Halia is built to empower your team, the way your best associate is. AI does appear in two places: it helps draft a message in your house voice, and it helps correct a typo when a client is captured. That is about it. We built a tool that AI cannot replace, in the same way you cannot replace your best selling associate with it.

Most brands reward the spend they can already see. The problem is the spend they cannot: the client who has placed one modest order with you but is spending serious money elsewhere. Halia finds those people from the signals in your own data, so you can build the relationship before a competitor does.

RFM and spend tiers only know what a customer has done with you. They cannot see a future VIC on their first small order. Halia reads who a customer is and what they signal, so it can flag genuine wealth and intent long before spend reveals it. The two are complementary: spend tells you your known VIPs, Halia tells you your hidden ones.

From our own research and from public, non-personal facts: the places, institutions, and patterns where wealth shows itself. The library is curated by hand, grows with every release, and every order is checked against all of it in milliseconds. It is built entirely without customer data; your customers stay yours.

It is more than any one person can hold: thousands of facts about where wealth lives, works, and shops, checked against every order, in milliseconds, continuously, across the whole customer base. That is the work Halia exists to do.

Halia scores using your own customer data combined with our curated reference datasets of public, non-personal facts. We do not buy third-party data about your customers or use enrichment services: sending your clients’ details to a third party would breach GDPR.

Names and addresses are shared. A whole-name match to a known stylist, or a rich-list name, is a useful lead but not proof, so Halia presents those as "verify" and lets them corroborate rather than assert. It is "flag and confirm", never "flag and assume".

Yes, and we built it to stay that way. Halia sorts by wealth facts alone. A person at your brand always decides what happens, the only effect is more personal attention (we elevate, never withhold), and Halia does not store your clients’ data. For merchants we provide the paperwork to do this properly: a Data Processing Agreement, the profiling logic for your own privacy notice, and a DPIA and Legitimate Interests Assessment. Each signal carries a weight. Halia combines the signals that fire into a single 0 to 100 score and an A* to C grade. Crucially, correlated signals are discounted, so three ways of saying "this client is in Monaco" count as one, and the weakest signals only contribute when stronger ones agree. The result is a score you can defend, line by line.

A customer who spends below your VIP threshold today but shows genuine wealth and intent signals: the modest spender who could become one of your best clients with the right attention. You set the threshold in Settings.

An estimate of what a client could be worth if nurtured toward your best clients. It grows from their current spend toward your own ceiling, scaled by their score. You provide the inputs in Settings: your average order value, the most orders a single client has placed, and your highest lifetime client. Until you do, it uses a store-AOV fallback.

Any scoring system can be, so Halia is guidance for your team, and a person at your brand always makes the call. Because signals can collide, weak ones are held back unless corroborated. Treat the multi-signal and A*/A clients as your trustworthy shortlist, and a single weak signal as a hint to verify.

Yes. You set your hidden-VIC spend threshold, your latent-value benchmarks, and your email sign-off in Settings, and the store re-scores. Over time we can also calibrate against which of your flagged clients actually converted.

In your own store, and there only. Halia does not store any of your client data, because it works inside the tools you already use: it scores your customers on the spot, and your customer base stays entirely with you. See our security overview.

Only your store address, the locked-away key that lets Halia look at your store, your settings, your sign-in details and the contact email you give us. None of that is your customers' personal data.

Yes, by design. For your customer data you are the controller and Halia is your processor. Since the data lives only in your systems, data-subject access and erasure requests are satisfied on our side automatically. We can provide a data processing agreement on request.

Halia looks at your orders and customers to score them. It adds to your store only what your team asks for: a client captured in the boutique becomes a customer profile with their consent recorded, and grades reach your CRM or email tool once you switch that on. Disconnect Halia and its access ends in the same moment.

Halia analyses only your data, on your behalf, and keeps it to your brand alone, including from other Halia customers. Each brand's analysis stands on its own data, without a shared or pooled customer graph across brands. When Halia flags a modest spender as a potentially major client, that is an inference it draws from the wealth signals in your own data, not knowledge of what they spend anywhere else. Halia only ever sees your own customers, and keeps them yours.

Every signal and reference list Halia uses is built entirely from our own research and expertise, drawn from public, non-personal facts. Your data is used to score your customers, and only ever your customers.

Halia runs on Render, which is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified, independently penetration-tested each year, and offers a GDPR Data Processing Agreement. Halia does not store any of your client data, so there is nothing of your customers at Halia to breach; the only thing we hold is the locked-away key to your store. Render's certifications cover the infrastructure beneath us, not Halia itself; our own controls and subprocessor list are available to your security team on request.

It is stored scrambled, and the code that unscrambles it is kept somewhere else, so a stolen copy of our records alone can never open your store. Halia asks for the smallest access that does the job, and we can replace or cancel the key immediately.

Sign-in attempts are limited so passwords cannot be guessed by force; every connection is private end to end; the software Halia is built on is checked for known weaknesses; our own accounts need a second factor to sign in; and your customers' details are kept out of our records. No system is impenetrable, but the most anyone could reach here is the key to your store, because Halia does not store any of your client data. We welcome good-faith security reports.

Grades and scores as profile properties or merge fields, plus tags and segments such as "Halia A*" or "Halia Hidden VIC" that you can segment on or use to trigger a flow or Customer Journey. A hidden VIC can start an automation the moment it is found.

New contacts pushed to Mailchimp are added as transactional, so their marketing consent stays exactly as it was. Mostly, Halia enriches and tags your existing contacts.
